Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Agent/Coordinator with a medical background to manage patients’ treatment journeys.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide case coordination services to patients and their escorts needing assistance.
  • Plan the patients’ treatment journey based on the medical committee’s decisions, including flights, transportation, and issuing certificates.
  • Accurately and promptly maintain treatment journey data from the treatment application to repatriation.
  • Establish and build supportive, nurturing relationships with patients and their families.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Generate Excel reports as requested.
  • Receive calls from patients during and after official working hours and resolve or escalate cases as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a medical case coordinator.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and apply critical thinking concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with current and potential patients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
