Position Overview:
As a Butler Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests experience the epitome of luxury, personalized service, and attention to detail. You will lead a team of butlers, coordinating their efforts to create memorable experiences for our guests and maintain the impeccable standards that define our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of butlers, fostering a culture of excellence and attentiveness.
- Ensure that the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the Guest Relations and Front Office teams to personalize the guest experience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of special requests and surprises for guests.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and the surrounding area to assist guests effectively.
- Handle guest feedback and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to support the butler team.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
