Business Support Executive required

Location: Dubai

 Core Purpose of the Job:

The Business Support Executive is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Government and non-Government contracts across ME&A. the position is also responsible for supporting the business development team in managing, coordinating, and delivering business specific tasks such as tenders, creation of legal entities and ad-hoc project-based work. The Business Support Executive will also provide administrative support to the team, particularly in relation using and managing ME&A specific client portals.

  • Must be able to work well in a diverse/multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required.
  • Business Development Certification.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role with similar duties.
  • Experience in a technology training industry.

Knowledge:

  • Deep knowledge of the operations process map
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Solid track record and experience in customer relationship management 
  • Significant exposure to ME&A market
  • Basic knowledge of the general workflow of the organization 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent conflict resolution/management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Basic knowledge of the operations process map
