Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base within the UAE’s business setup sector. If you have a strong background in sales management, business development, and company incorporation processes (mainland & free zone), this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Drive sales operations, including lead generation, client acquisition & conversion strategies
- Expand & strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities & partners
- Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative growth strategies
- Ensure accurate CRM (Zoho) updates and efficient client management
- Train & guide the sales team to enhance performance and sales effectiveness
- Monitor market trends & competitors to stay ahead in the industry
- Work closely with marketing & operations teams to align business objectives
- Support complex client requirements, ensuring a seamless business setup process
Requirements & Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business setup services, sales management, or a similar role in the UAE
- Deep knowledge of UAE company incorporation (mainland & free zone) and government regulations
- Proven leadership & team management skills with a results-driven approach
- Strong negotiation & communication skills to close deals effectively
- Business development expertise with a solid network of clients & partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) for sales tracking & reporting
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Urdu, or Hindi are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
