Hiring Business Operations Executive
Job Overview:
The Business Operations Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing various operational aspects within the organization. This role involves overseeing system processes, order management, data analysis, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Business Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Business Department.
Responsibilities: –
- Process System Management:
- Enter and maintain information for new promoters, team leaders, and supervisors.
- Facilitate the initial login process for new team members and troubleshoot any DMS-related issues.
- Manage training and business phones, including internal purchases and gift phone processing.
- Update promoter, team leader, and supervisor information as per the team target list and transfer store applications.
Order Management:
- Process FD, EC, OR, and IR orders and ensure timely completion within the system.
- Proactively address any order-related issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Manage inventory by uploading IMEIs for factory shipments, overseeing Freezone stock, and coordinating stock transfers.
Data Calculation and Analysis:
- Prepare target formats for the upcoming month by month-end.
- Compile and analyze target achievement data for HR incentive calculations.
- Provide sales data and necessary reports to the sales team and other departments.
- Maintain and update various reports, including dealer lists, stock lists, and ASP calculation reports.
Accounting and Payment Application:
- Calculate and manage rebates in accordance with company policies.
- Verify and process payment applications, maintaining detailed records.
Requirements: –
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least one year of experience in the electronics industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis, computer programs, team communication, and problem-solving.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookup, Countif, countifs, Sumif, Sumifs, ifs, etc.
- Strong multitasking abilities and Proficiency in system navigation.
- Effective communication skills and Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure, exhibit a positive attitude and demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Demonstrates creative thinking, fosters a team-oriented environment, and displays analytical skills.
