• 2-3 yrs of experience in Data Analytics, Business Process Re-engineering –
• able to relate at least 1-2 analytics project delivered in a lead role with the benefit impact
• Prior exposure to Call Center Analytics
• Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct process gap analysis & drive projects to improve overall efficiency
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication, presentation skills & Stakeholder Mgmt.
• Work experience with leading firms like Accenture, HSBC, SCB, etc. Desirable
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, SAS
