RED GROUP is on the lookout for an appealing personality who can assist our Wellness Centre in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Business Head will need to be able to come in and help the team grow while creating and owning the company’s operational roadmap so everyone is aware of upcoming milestones.
• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and insurance companies.
• Tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, and monitoring production KPIs.
• Monitoring and improving daily functions.
• Building processes based on our business goals.
• Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures.
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
• Maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures.
