Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop business within target segments, establishing relationships with consultants, architects, and clients in sectors like hospitality, banking, and retail.
• Manage the client journey: leads, presentations, negotiations, contracts, project progress, after-sales support, collections, and relationship management.
• Gather market intelligence, explore new opportunities, and develop strategies for profitability.
• Review materials and quotations for accuracy before client presentations.
• Identify and engage with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and represent the company at industry events.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of UAE experience in the commercial/interior decoration industry with a strong sales record.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Understanding of interior design, with the ability to engage clients and promote design.
• Experience in interior decoration and furniture projects.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
