Job Title: Business Development Specialist

A person with Forex trading experience will be highly preferred.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Specialist, located in Dubai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to grow the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Research and target potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions or product information.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities. Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and trends.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve common goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Customer Service and After-Sales Support: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support when needed.
