Job Summary
Directs and controls all marketing activities for a respective product portfolio, including the setting of marketing strategy and objectives, collaboration market research, sales promotion, advertising, medical affairs, market access, development of the marketing expenses and drive profitability for a range of products. He/she establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products/services.
Create a plan for expanding the portfolio according to the market need and company capabilities
Profile Description & Qualifications
- You live in and work from UAE preferred Abu Dhabi.
- Having car and driving license (valid)
- University degree or comparable education in medical field (Biomedical Engineer, Nurse or proven relevant experience)
- Practical experience in all marketing strategy, concepts and techniques including product launches
- Knowledge of and relationship established within UAE
- Deep knowledge of the European Medical Devices, and hospital requirements
- Former Sales experience required
- Good digital multichannel experience
- Good project management skills and a track record in delivering projects within budget and timeline
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Flexible, curious and tenacious with a can do positive approach in a challenging business.
- Self-starter, able to work independently – strong team player.
- Perfect command of English
Job Responsibilities
- Developing strategic marketing plans
- Plays a key role in developing company marketing strategy and Company portfolio
- Gathers, analyses and reports relevant market, customers and product data
- Managing Promotional activities and Product Portfolio
- Develops in collaboration with Marketing Communications, Social Media and Digital teams all the necessary promotional tools/activities in order to support the sales activities of the team.
- Contributes to all the necessary activities including the participation of congress, symposia and other similar meetings managed Medical department
- Plans and executes Learning Edge workshops, vendors and training team
- Implementing Marketing plans
- Tracks sales activities on a monthly basis, understanding the gaps/pressure points in market. Support colleagues with strategies to overcome barriers
- Contribute and create the need in the market and find new products/suppliers.
- Investigates which additional products or technologies are necessary in order to expand the company portfolio and the business in general. Contributes with new ideas for the creation of new plans, concepts
- Manages the (pre-) marketing activities of Arabilla products
