Job Description:
- Identify and develop new client base.
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities to secure new business
- Align the Freight sales strategy with the overall business strategy
- Approach sales from a strategic, long-term perspective, building relationships with expanding companies
- Drive full sales cycle: prospecting, generating new sales leads, and closing deals
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationship
- Keeps abreast of market and industry trends
- Self-motivated, result-driven and customer-oriented
- Experience in a similar position within the air / sea freight industry/road freight
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in freight forwarding company.
