We are actively looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team @Cadd Sharjah. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, establishing strategic partnerships, and promoting our training programs.

- Identify and cultivate business opportunities in the training and education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with our training team to enhance program offerings based on market feedback.
- Negotiate and close agreements, contracts, and partnerships to meet or exceed targets.
- Track and report on sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, business, education, marketing, etc.)
- Attractive personality
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education or training sector (Talented Freshers also Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the training and education industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
