Hiring Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking- GCC / CIS Market)

  • An exciting opportunity has opened at Equifax Tourism, for the role of a Business Development Manager, Handling Leisure, MICE, & Group Travel
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Travel Industry and Group market segments, a mind for increasing market share/developing new business and growing strategic partnerships; and, he/she will assume full ownership of Account
  • Plans to include the sharing of intelligence and actions within all levels Equifax Tourism. The position to be based in Saudi Arabia/ Gulf Region and would be advantageous if not a Saudi citizen.
  • Consistent Performance Record: meeting and preferable exceeding established revenue and activity goals.
  • 5+ years minimum of Travel Industry/End-user Group sales experience with a specific focus on the Saudi end-user community, Royal Protocols, High Net Worth Individuals, and Ministerial contacts.
  • Sense of Time Management: effectively develop relationships with those stakeholders that are the strongest influencers across Saudi Arabia.
  • Effective Problem Solver: ability to resolve critical issues and identify win-win opportunities for both clients and Equifax Tourism.
  • Strategic Thinker: the ability to navigate the political and hierarchical structure of an account and to become the “trusted advisor” to multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, ability to grow business in underdeveloped countries and create greater awareness of our travel agency.
  • Established New Business Developer: ability to execute a strategic plan with results and incorporate into daily sales activity.
  • Persuasive and Compelling Communicator (speaking, competing on paper, iPad presentations, webinars).
  • Flexibility to travel within the GCC for sales calls. 
  • Must be an enthusiastic team player.
