Business Development Manager required (ICT/Telecom)

Location: United Arab Emirates | Onsite Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our marketing and business development team by achieving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales (IT/ICT) and developing strong relationships with external and internal teams and clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead specific sales and business development activities, and facilitate partnerships working with regional and international project teams to manage key global accounts.
  • Researching, analyzing the market and identifying prospective new leads of profitable business generation.
  • Lead the Business Development Team to support bid and proposal process during the initiation phase, until handoff to Operations upon successful completion.
  • Liaise with project managers and senior management to generate contracts, bidding, prepare standard quotations, proposal information, finalize contracts and set time schedules for deliverables.
  • Responsible to oversee the budget, establish sales growth, and profit targets for the company.
  • Setting and prioritizing sales and business development activities and maintaining proper updated pipe line of prospective clients.
  • Leading business meetings, branding and presenting company and its solutions to the clients.
  • To Liaise with the Finance staff to ensure proper client billing and resolve all related issues.
  • Conducting Risk, Win/Loss analysis to maximize the company’s profit and reduce chances of loss.
  • Timely reporting to the management.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:

  • Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Development (OR) Relevant.
  • Working knowledge of Fixed Networks, Mobile Networks, IT and ICT, etc.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing of large-scale Telecom Projects, CCTV, and ICT/IT Hardware.
  • ·Strong knowledge of UAE Market.
  • Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and pressure handling skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
