Urgently hiring a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in Salon operations.
Position Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to increase revenue, expand market presence, and enhance brand awareness . You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and fostering relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Negotiate and finalize business contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, sales incentives, and promotional offers to drive sales and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in beauty and wellness to recommend innovative solutions and strategies.
