Hiring Business Development Manager

We seek an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

Requirements:

  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. A team player selling our Application, Data, and AI solutions to many accounts in the local territory and selling Noventiq solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member.
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization.
  • Interaction with C-level players.
  • Sales lead generation and pipeline management using CRMs with regular, complete, and concise updates Forecast accurately and execute deal closures in a structured and transparent manner.
  • Strategically engage customers with the view of building key relationships and creating the foundation for Application purchases.
  • Competency in positioning the portfolio at “C” level at a business, IT and operational level. Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients.
  • Creating a tailored ‘case for transformation’ and solution proposal with supporting business cases for each opportunity.

Required Skills:

What we are looking for!

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of sales experience with Successful sales track record application sales in the FSI industry.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Application and other Data AI solutions.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter/independent worker but a great Team player too, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
  • Strong combined Sales & business development skills.
  • Proven network of executive-level contacts within the local region.
  • Demand Forecasting.
