Hiring Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai

Key responsibilities:-

  • Work on facilitating & front ending engagement with vendors, clients,distribution & internal teams to ensure business development, matketing related end to end activities, internal team engagements, driving business growth & mapping accounts along with Sales Account Managers, part of Management team on key client meetings, involve in sales clossures, initiating strategies & business growth.
  • Collaborate with vendors and outsourced agencies / designers to develop compelling marketing materials, including websites and brochures, monthly activities, ROI discussions, performance evaluations, driving campaigns, vendor cofunded activity planning, manage & drive business strategies related to marketing, part of events, represent & attend vendor global avents, local events, roadshows, seminars, etc.
  • Conduct research on different areas, marketing initiates which will generate business growth.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels such as Google adverts, SEO’s, Social media handles, MailChimp and Facebook etc to promote company expertise & services.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with top management, stake holders, vendor management teams, distribution key product owners on a daily basis.
  • Develop press releases and engage with the press to increase company branding, building brand awareness, event sponsorships, participate in media events representing company
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and Technologies to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Lead brand development, positioning, and messaging to ensure a consistent voice across all platforms.
  • Regularly identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation, sales funnels, and closing strategies.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform business decisions.
  • Track performance metrics and report on ROI of campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize strategies to maximize growth and customer engagement.

Who Can Apply

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in UAE based tech industry).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong command of the English language.
