Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, cultivate new business opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships that align with our vision for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC markets
- Build strong relationships with government entities, corporations, and key stakeholders
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth
- Represent ENEN GREEN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Prepare business proposals, financial models, and market-entry strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in sustainability, energy, or environmental sectors
- Strong network within the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
