Hiring Business Development Manager BDM (Construction – High rise buildings and Villas)

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team immediately.

Major responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to find business opportunities in the construction of high-rise structures and villas.
• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
• Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Management
• Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management.
• Work with the sales and operations teams to coordinate and support the proposal and tendering processes.
