Hiring Business Development Manager

Job Description: Responsible for the delivery of equipment, service & Digital services, sales revenue as a key member of the direct sales team by building and nurturing strong customer relationships with both existing and new customers.

Maximize sales performance in assigned accounts/sectors to drive sales revenues and gross profit margins whilst expanding Xerox’s portfolio coverage in the U.A.E to meet overall company revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform daily selling activities:
  • Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes.
  • Ensure effective territory management of designated territory and manage sales cycles using the tools and techniques provided by the company.
  • Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth and gross profit targets are met across products, services, and solutions.
  • Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape, related technology changes and updates to stay abreast with the latest information to share with customers and company.
  • Create and manage the customer pipeline of qualified opportunities in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure commitment to raising the bar on customer service and satisfaction levels by effective relationship and dairy management.
  • Conduct, manage and scrutinize the use of XEM sales tools (Gazing, S.A.M).
  • Ensure productive and effective use of sales tools to promote XEM products, services, and solutions in order to achieve Sales territory coverage and targets.
  • Regularly review sales activity in order to track progress against targets.

Experience, Qualification & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years’ sales experience. Local market knowledge preferred with strong understanding of
  • Technology principles.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration or Diploma in Sales.
  • Generic Skills: Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, PC literate with ability to compile and present sales reports and forecasts. Good planning, organising and execution skills. Highly results driven. Able to self-develop & self-motivate.
