As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility would be to execute the sales strategy and plans at the local level. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding business priorities and targets that are aligned with the needs of our clients, customers, and shareholders.
Missions:
- Identifying, and generating new business opportunities in the Middle east
- Preparing and maintaining a master report of entire activities, which includes daily activities, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects, and adherence goals.
- Cold Calling, Visiting Clients, Business Networking, generating leads using Business Relationships and Business Intelligence Tools.
- Daily reporting to the GM on the tasks accomplished
Competence:
- Should be able to work on his own from getting clients and managing relationships with them making sure their requirements are met by the back-end team.
- Should be able to generate the leads on his/her own attend client meetings
- Should also have knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and should be able to do sourcing
- Staffing and Recruitment industry experience is preferred
- Position based in Dubai
- Salary budget to be negotiated
