Hiring Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Salary: Upto 10,000 AED per month

Experience: 2-4 years in IT Related Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate leads through various channels.
  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company offerings and secure sales.
  • Implement the institutional sales model to achieve daily call and meeting targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
  • Educate potential clients about the company’s products/services, focusing on features, advantages, and
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably in the field of Software Sales, System Integrator Sales, IT
  • Sales, ERP, POS and other related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic desirable).
  • UAE driving license is a must.
