Description:

 We are hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in recruitment and outsourcing company

• Overall Experience of Minimum 5 years in Recruitment and Manpower Outsourcing
• Should have minimum of 2 years of Experience in Manpower Outsourcing in UAE
• Should have active client portfolio in white collar Recruitment and Manpower Outsourcing in IT/Banking/Healthcare/Oil Sector/Govt.
• Should be motivated for acquisition of new clients for manpower Outsourcing.
• Build strong client relationships through Daily/Weekly/monthly B2B and relationship meetings with clients
• Participate in tenders, RFQs and prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Manage tender from creating RFQs, costing, contract negotiation, finalizing the agreement, recruitment,
• mobilization of employees
• Valid UAE Driving license holder will get preference
• Salary Range 10000 AED to 14000 AED per month + incentives on sales performance.
