Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Client Relations/Sales who has a background in design and architecture for 2-3 years.

• Salary: (Based on experience + high commission on the total incoming sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• He/She will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• He/She will be responsible for meeting existing or new clients, suppliers and arranging meetings with them (at least 25 meetings per week).
• Deep knowledge of interior design and the ability to independently engage with clients to understand requirements and make design pitches.
• Able to develop connections with designers, construction companies, FF&E suppliers, etc. for collaboration.
• Able to understand and research events that help the company to participate.
• Strong client relationship management; written and oral communication skills; negotiation and interpersonal skills; and the ability to promptly collect all payments.
• Proven track record of independently growing and owning a client portfolio, including prominent consultants.
• Research new products or suppliers to increase the product lines for the company.
• Able to do social media marketing.
• Knowledge of design, furniture, and technical implementation.
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new concepts).
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
