• 3 – 5 years working experience in sales, business development or partnerships capacity.
• Experience in one of the following markets: Manpower outsourcing, IT and Non-IT, Insurance and Consumer.
• Strong and proven business development skills, with examples of client wins and revenue generated with each.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
