Sales Manager/Business Development Manager (Auditing and Accounting)
- We are looking for a Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager (Auditing and Accounting) to join immediately to develop and manage a team.
- The incumbent must have minimum 5-10 years of work experience in Sales or Business Development in an accounting or auditing firm in Dubai.
- Must be organized with good sales and business development skills and capable of developing and managing a team of sales and business development executives.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and manage a team of sales and business development Executives.
- To set targets for himself and the team and Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales and business development teams;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and develop and manage teams;
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients;
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods;
- Collaborate with the marketing team in designing marketing materials for social media and other mediums of marketing;
