Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our facility management services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of facility management solutions. The successful candidate will spearhead efforts to expand our market presence, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and market niches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development to secure new contracts and partnerships.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from business development to operations for new clients.
  • Work closely with the strategy & operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Mentor and support junior business development staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the facility management or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of facility management services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
