Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
- Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and track market developments, industry regulations, and emerging trends to identify business opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and insights to senior management to support decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders to showcase the company’s capabilities and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE Market.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including market dynamics, project lifecycle, and industry players.
- A strong network of contacts within the construction industry, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal departments.
