Hiring Business Development Executive (Accounting), Dubai – UAE

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and market segments for accounting services.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Present and promote our accounting services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to clients’ needs and requirements.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a proactive and strategic approach to business development.
• Knowledge of the UAE business environment and regulations is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation are preferred.
