Job Summary:
We are seeking two highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our Team PINNACLE on full time basis. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth and expand our corporate training programs. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our training services to meet monthly revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for our training programs in alignment with the Company’s objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Initiate contact and engage with key decision-makers, HR managers, and training coordinators in target companies to present our training solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our training programs.
- Develop and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trainers and marketing, to customize training programs based on client requirements and industry needs.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and showcase our training offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the corporate training or education industry.
- Strong understanding of the corporate training market, client needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events as required.
