Job Title: Business Development Executive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Facilities Management, Marketing, Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience in UAE
This position is intended to drive company sales and growth through research, generating sales leads and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing customers.
What you’ll do:
- Familiarizing yourself with all the services offered by Infracare, the FM industry, competitors and their market share in different industry segments.
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, email etc.) to create sales opportunities in alignment with business development and marketing plans.
- Procuring new customers and generating new sales leads through cold calling and door-to-door sales, word of mouth and collaboration with the business development team.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining data bases and intel of prospective customers in different market industries and documentation/reports as required.
- Coordinating closely with senior members of the business development team to help drive and negotiate any new opportunities through closure.
- Suggesting ad-on services that maybe of interest to customers.
- Supporting negotiations with prospective customers to secure the most attractive prices.
- Maintain Client activities in CRM systems
- Build business relationships with existing and new clients, identifying the developing rapport with key decision makers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Sales in the UAE Market across different industries.
- Knowledge about business development operations and ways to generate new leads in identifying prospective customers.
- Previous experience working in a Facilities Management organisation is desired although not essential.
- Has a valid UAE Driving license
- Well groomed, professional appearance
- Good command of the English Language
