Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join a leading establishment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on selling goods to oil, gas, and construction companies. The primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the oil, gas, and construction sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Keep updated records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong B2B sales background, with a focus on selling goods to oil, gas, and construction companies.
  • UAE driving license is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
