Yemnak, a leading management consultancy company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with offices in the London, Beirut, and soon in Riyadh is seeking a talented and committed Business Consultant to join our Consultancy unit. As Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic advice and guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a consultant in the strategy consulting practice, you will be a key participant in engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and deliverables in consultation with the partners.
- You can expect to spend most of your time working on long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategies, market entry and expansion strategy, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence, and Greenfield projects.
Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive business advisory services to clients, including strategic planning, performance improvement, organizational design, and change management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations, processes, and financials to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
- Assist clients in defining their strategic objectives, developing business plans, and implementing effective strategies to achieve their goals.
- Conduct thorough due diligence assessments for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Skills and attributes:
As a strategy consultant, you should be able to:
- Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
- Review deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks.
- Collect, analyze, and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans, goals, and actionable insights.
- Motivate and train junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics or a related field. MBA from a top tier university or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience working as a Business Consultant, Management Consultant, or in a similar role within a consultancy firm for at least 2 to 4 years.
