Looking for Business Analyst Tester, Location: UAE
Immediately OR Candidate Available to join in Shorter Notice
- Knowledge on both waterfall and agile methodology, interact with smes to understand and document detailed business requirements, identify the impacts and collaborate with stakeholders to elaborate the requirement end to end, discuss multiple solutions with functional solutions team.
- Collaborate for the optimal solution for the requirement, experience in test planning, designing, execution and closure, profound knowledge in uaefts ,t24 and clearing systems in uae, strong knowledge in channels and cash management collection products especially cheque clearing and direct debits,
- Provide consulting support to end users in resolution of uat issues, strong interpersonal skills with great ability to communicate clearly and concisely, moderating style and delivery to suit different parties,
- Participate to application go live and post-production activities, support customer queries and ensure issues if any are resolved and given attention to immediately,
- Provide inter-department demos and trainings on the cash collection product and channel, create documentation such as user manuals and customer communication documents
- 5+ Years experience with previous project deliveries for cash products – iBanking, Intellect, ICCS, DDS, WPS, Swift, UX UAE etc.
- Must have experience in documenting user journeys, user stories and business requirements and maintaining backlogs,
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products and channels, Proficiency with related Project tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC etc. Familiarity with T24, ICCS, BPMS, SWIFT, NEST core banking systems is required.
