Key requirements
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities in new African jurisdictions.
- Assess the feasibility of expansion projects, considering economic, financial, and operational aspects.
- Analyses industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and present comprehensive plans for strategic expansion, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Feasibility Studies:
- Assess the economic, financial, and operational feasibility of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and insights necessary for comprehensive feasibility assessments.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with expansion initiatives.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and present recommendations to senior management.
Financial Modeling:
- Create financial models to project costs, revenues, and potential return on investment for expansion projects.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections.
