Hiring Business Analyst (digital banking experience)

Location – Dubai

JD:

• Developing business requirements by conducting requirements workshops with relevant business stakeholders ensuring that requirements map to the vision and the scope of the solution
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Conducting design walkthrough sessions with technical and functional people to detail the need of change or enhancement and to ensure the requirements are correctly elicited
• Process Analysis
• Developing As-Is process maps that presents the current operation of the business, the key stakeholders of these process and key systems used
• Analyzing current business flows, identifying the flaws, and creating To-Be process maps
• Testing & Training
• Developing, executing, and documenting user test plans and test scripts
• Active participation in SIT & UAT testing phases.
• Assisting during the software testing effort to ensure end solution adheres to user acceptance criteria and achieves the outlined quality assurance and performance
