Hiring Branch Manager – Hospitality Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our company as a Branch Manager for our hospitality services division in Abu Dhabi. This position is open to both male and female candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operations of our branch in Abu Dhabi, focusing on hospitality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure contracts with hotels, restaurants, and cafes for our external shisha services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry.
- Ensure the smooth execution of shisha services, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise a team of staff, providing leadership and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to drive profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and a strong track record in hospitality services management.
- Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in securing contracts with hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
