Apeiron Accounting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our operations. This is a pivotal role requiring a strategic leader with a strong background in accounting, finance, and branch management within the UAE.
About the Role:
As our Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance team. You will be the key point of contact for local regulatory compliance and will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success in the UAE market.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on UAE operations.
- 7-8 years of proven leadership experience in branch management and operations management.
- Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CMA, or Master’s degree in Finance.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other UAE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
