We’re Hiring | Bookkeeper / Financial Operations
Easy Aerial Inc., a fast-growing startup focused on autonomous drone solutions for defense and commercial applications, is looking for a skilled financial professional to join our team. This role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work depending on experience and interest, with responsibilities ranging from bookkeeping to strategic financial operations, and opportunities to grow as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders, vendor coordination, negotiation, and contract administration while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Provide general administrative support across departments and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Oversee bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, payroll, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and cloud-based financial tools
• Assist in preparing financial reports and support monthly and quarterly close processes
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in startups and knowledge of payroll/HR processes preferred
