Description:

Bms Supervisor required

Location: Dubai

  • Successfully attend Planned Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance service visits and maintain operational and efficient BMS to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete allotted service visits and avoid any laps
  • Regularly update customer about attended service call, suggest improvement measures, introduce latest solution & service offerings and receive customer feedback to ensure effective life cycle support.
  • Liaise with internal team for regular update on customer system, challenges and customer activities, in the interest of service business.
  • Update internal team on necessary modifications, updates, upgrades, improvement measures and service business opportunities
  • Keep latest backup of project software with self and upload same on the NMS server.
  • Timely submission of AMC / Service Reports
  • Develop good interpersonal relation within co-employee for smooth processes and operation
  • Carry out functionality test / inspections and submission of snag report for BMS
  • Carry out test and inspections in the ongoing AMC project to determine the BMS performance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose MCC / VFD / Control Systems
  • Identify resolution and repairs
  • Carryout minor BMS programming, commissioning and front-end graphics modifications
  • Implement rectification or up-gradation of BMS as per internal team requirement
  • Supervise and monitor the functions of BMS technicians

Command Control Centre

  • Identify and rectify the connectivity issues for Central BMS and M&V platform
  • Rectify the BMS issues reported from the Central BMS and M&V platform by the internal team

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Internal and External Relations

  • Develop a pro-active working relationship with all relevant internal and external parties and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.
