Hiring BIM Operator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Building Technology
• Minimum 3 years of mandatory Dubai-based experience in Architectural Design with BIM implementation and coordination
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and BIM implementation
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards (e.g., LOD300, LOD400), and industry best practices
• Ability to coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (civil & MEP) and project phases for high-rise towers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior architects and BIM technicians
• An eye for creativity and details
