Description:

Alkhoory Group is looking to hire for the MEP Division the following BIM Modellers in Dubai as an immediate requirement.

1. Architectural BIM Modeler.
2. Electrical BIM Modeler.
3. Mechanical BIM Modeler.

Contractual: Minimum 3 Months (Extendable).

Joining: Immediate.

Responsibilities:

• Create Revit (BIM) models and /or AutoCAD drawings to a high level of accuracy.
• Prepares 2D and 3D presentation /design drawings according to requirements.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities.
• Understand the sequencing of construction projects as well as MEP, Architectural and Structural Engineering disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of and understanding of spatial relations.
• Continued development of “best practices” for BIM.
• Understanding and interpreting architectural and structural details as they affect the MEP installation.
