Schedule: Monday-Friday REMOTE (No nights/weekends)

Sensible Care is now hiring for an exceptional Billing Specialist to join our Billing team! This position will report to the Billing Manager and will fill a Monday-Friday schedule at 32 hours per week. Your role is crucial in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate billing of key customer accounts.

About the Role:

  • Reconciliation of encounters for accuracy against performed services
  • Verify insurance company payments and ensure accurate posting
  • Timely correction of claims and submitting appeals
  • Discuss open claims and invoices with insurance payers and patients
  • Collect patient accounts receivable
  • Conduct coordination between providers and payers to obtain referrals when required
  • Process refund and superbill requests

Compensation:
