We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and communicating with clients regarding payment issues. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Generate financial reports related to billing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
