PMI is looking for a Billing Specialist II who will be responsible for managing complex billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and resolving billing-related issues. This role supports the finance team with reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. The Billing Specialist will handle escalations and provides guidance to staff, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of the billing function.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Accurately prepare, generate, and review invoices for customers, ensuring they align with contractual terms and service agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and adjustments in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and ensure billing records are accurately maintained in company systems.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end billing close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and ensure timely follow-up to resolve outstanding issues.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency with billing software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks), and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management abilities.
