Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Encino, California. The selected individual will be a part of our team, operating within the industry, using their skills to manage and maintain our billing systems.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handling all aspects of our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- Accurately processing customer credit applications using our Accounting Software Systems.
- Managing and maintaining precise customer credit records.
- Resolving customer inquiries and answering inbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Utilizing ADP – Financial Services and EHR SYSTEM for financial operations.
- Operating Computerized Billing and Epic Software for streamlined billing processes.
- Proactively monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.
- Utilizing NetSuite and ‘About Time’ software for various accounting functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems.
- Experience with ADP – Financial Services is a must.
- Demonstrable skills in Computerized Billing.
- Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software.
- Ability to use About Time for time tracking.
- Must be well-versed in basic Accounting Functions.
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Skilled in answering inbound calls and handling customer queries.
- Proficiency in using NetSuite for business management.
