Description
We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in a fully remote role. In this position, you will be expected to handle various billing tasks with precision and efficiency, leverage your technical expertise, and exercise excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process rebilling and sales tax updates using Avalara.
- Maintain and manage accurate billing records within Oracle.
- Work collaboratively to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports related to billing activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the billing department.
- Respond to inbound calls related to billing inquiries.
- Ensure proficiency in using Oracle and other Accounting Software Systems.
- Demonstrate competence in using computerized billing systems.
- Utilize your knowledge of Accounting Functions to ensure accuracy in all billing processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Expertise in Computerized Billing
- Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally
- Knowledge of Oracle software
- Experience with Rebills process
