Cortica is seeking an experienced full time, 6 month contracted, remote Billing Associate to join our growing multi-disciplinary team within our RCM department!

What will you do?

• Responsible for day-to-day billing claims across every discipline and executes process for specific carrier, and follow through to completion (clear for reimbursement)
• Generate Monthly patient invoices for ABA and outside entities.
• Review claim rejections and work as needed.
• Identify and bill secondary and tertiary insurances.
• Maintain superior, positive internal and external customer service relationships.
• Plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion.

• You have excellent organizational and task management skills.
• You have outstanding communication skills, positive presentation.
• You have a strong understanding of insurance billing and CPT coding.
• You have 2+ years of healthcare billing experience.

The base pay range for this opening is $20.97/hr to $26.21/hr. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
