Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing invoicing and credit memo processes while maintaining accurate customer records. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your financial expertise and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Generate monthly customer statements and ensure proper distribution.
- Maintain and update customer records with issued invoices and related documentation.
- Process credit memos and reconcile them with customer accounts.
- Input invoices into customer invoicing platforms and ensure compliance with system requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or billing functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking capabilities to handle various responsibilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as ADP, accounts receivable management, auditing, and Microsoft Excel.
