Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bidding & Estimation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding process and accurately estimating project costs for our facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire bidding process from initial request for proposal (RFP) to submission.
  • Review bid documents thoroughly to understand project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
  • Ensure all bid submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain organized records of all bid documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct detailed cost estimations for facility management projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine accurate cost projections.
  • Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy.
  • Review and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope or requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options to enhance project profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop competitive bidding strategies.
  • Address client inquiries and provide clarification on bid submissions as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices related to bidding and estimation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in bidding, estimating, or project management, preferably in the facility management industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and specifications.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
